Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original vintage-style packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned heirloom, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
